We use your personal data exclusively to provide you with a comprehensive service and personalised services via our website or to fulfil your contact requests as well as to make anonymised analyses for statistical collections.

It is also possible to use our website without having to disclose your identity to us. 11. Routine deletion and blocking of personal data

The controller processes and saves the personal data of the data subject exclusively for the period that is required to achieve the storage purpose or if this was intended by the European directive and regulation issuer or other legislator in laws or regulations that apply to the controller.

If the storage purpose no longer applies or if a storage period prescribed by the European directive and regulation issuer or another competent legislator expires, the personal data are routinely blocked or deleted in accordance with the statutory regulations.

12 .Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, the web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called cookies, text files that are stored on your computer,

which enable the website to analyse your website use. The information about your use of this website generated by the cookie is generally transmitted to a server of Google in the US and stored there. The subject of the order placed with Domain Factory is expressly not the use or processing of personal data. In the process of the service provision by domainfactory GmbH as a service provider in the area of the hosting, support or administration of server systems, however, access to the data cannot be ruled out in full. For this reason, we have carefully selected, when choosing our hosting service provider, that the technical and organisational measures taken by the service provider are suitable within the meaning of Article 32 GDPR to minimise this risk. Our selection were, among others: Data centre located in the EU, high system stability and organisational standards, SLA and support. We verify the suitability of the above service provider consistently by observing the press releases and monitoring of the SLA observance.
